Good news for your smile! HCF’s Dental Centres available to Transport Health members

Transport Health members can now access HCF Dental Centres in NSW, Victoria, ACT and Queensland. There are 16 HCF Dental Centres across the four regions.

However Transport Health members can only access the HCF Dental Centres in NSW provided they hold Extras cover.

We know you may have a few questions, so we’ve put together some details to help explain how you can make the most of your access to HCF Dental Centres.

What’s available at HCF Dental Centres?

Transport Health members on eligible extras cover can pay no gap^ on a range of popular dental services like check-ups and scale and cleans via HCF Dental Centres.

You’ll be able to take advantage of these services as part of the no gap^ arrangement (including item numbers):

• crowns and bridges, including same day crowns^#

If there’s a gap you need to cover as part of your visit, each HCF Dental Centre accepts Mastercard, Visa, Amex and LatitudePay.

Access to HCF Dental Centres is additional to the great coverage and benefits you already receive as part of your Transport Health cover.

I’d like to make an appointment. How do I do this?

Making your appointment is easy. Just select the HCF Dental Centre you’d like to attend on our Find a Dental Clinic page and give them a call. Remember to have your Transport Health membership number on hand for easy reference.

I really like my current dentist. Do I have to go to HCF Dental?

Getting the care you need and want is important. If you’ve found a dentist who provides you great service, please stick with them. Your access to HCF’s Dental Centres is just an additional advantage of your Transport Health membership.

Will my Transport Health membership card work?

Yes. Your Transport Health membership card and your benefit amounts will automatically be applied for you when you visit a HCF Dental Centre.

I don’t have Extras cover. Can I still visit a HCF Dental Centre?

Transport Health members without Extras cover can visit HCF Dental Centres in ACT, Victoria and Queensland, but not at the Sydney centres.
