Where and when can I access my Tax Statement?

We’ve sent all the relevant information directly to the ATO, so it's ready for you to start your tax return.

You'll find all your information pre-filled in the myTax portal.

If you need a copy of your Tax Statement, you’ll be able to download one now from the online Member Services portal.

What's in your Tax Statement?

Your Private Health Insurance Tax Statement includes key information, including:

  • all the premiums you paid in the 2021–22 financial year
  • any Australian Government rebate on private health insurance amount you received
  • all the people who are covered by your policy
  • any relevant Lifetime Health Cover (LHC) loading information
  • the number of days you held applicable private hospital cover (because if it is less than a year, you may be charged some of the Medicare Surcharge Levy).

Are your contact details up to date?

We send out tax information to all members in early July of each year. Making sure we have the correct email or postal details helps us ensure you get everything that you need.

Please take the time to log into Member Services online to update your contact details. Or, you can give us a call on 1300 806 808 and one of our friendly team members can update them for you.
