As Transport Health members move across to RT Health, there are some changes in the preferred provider networks they will be able to access. We’ve done a lot of hard work behind the scenes to ensure minimal disruption to members.
However, some Transport Health agreements covering dental, chiro, podiatry, osteopathy and physiotherapy will no longer be available.
Here, we’ve listed providers that RT Health does not have a provider agreement with. This means that once you move across to RT Health, there won’t be a preferred provider agreement in place, so your costs may increase (it’s always best to check your cover guide for your benefit and with your provider for service costs).
If your current provider is on this list, check with them (and us) about benefits paid with your new RT Health cover.

RT Health has a great network of providers to choose from.
You'll continue to have access to HCF eyecare and dental centres, as well as the NDC network of dental providers and preferred provider arrangements with Specsavers, OPSM, Q Optical and clearly.com.au
For a full list, you can check out the RT Health website (www.rthealth.com). Just select ‘Find a Dentist’ or 'Find an Optical Provider’ under the ‘Health Services’ tab.
Full access to these preferred provider arrangements will be available from 1 May 2024.
